Privacy policy

Your data is processed by the owner of the Trinity service. Questions about your data: trinity@metadani.com.

• account: name, work e-mail, company name, password (stored only as a hash);
• site forms: name, e-mail, company, phone (if given), message;
• use of the services: saved searches, starred tenders, settings;
• payments: service, plan, amount, status, LiqPay payment number; for an invoice also the buyer's name, ЄДРПОУ or РНОКПП and address;
• server logs: IP address, time and address of the request.

You enter the card number, expiry date and CVV only on the LiqPay page. We never receive or store them.

To provide the services under the agreement, take payments and keep accounts, answer your request, send service e-mails (confirmations, password resets, receipts) and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell data and show no ads.

Only the providers the service cannot run without, and only the data they need:

• hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), servers in a data centre in Finland (EU);
• card payments: LiqPay, JSC CB PrivatBank (Ukraine);
• e-mail: Zoho (servers in the EU), for service e-mails;
• Telegram, for short messages to our team about new requests from the forms;
• a language model provider: tender texts and your questions to the assistant, to produce an answer. PerSeek files are never sent to it.

Our servers are in the EU. The language model provider may process data outside Ukraine and the EU. We send only what an answer needs.

The web version processes files in the server's memory and never writes them to disk. Cleaned copies are deleted automatically after 10 minutes, a document package after 30 minutes. We do not read the content of documents. The PerSeek apps for Windows and Android process files on your device.

Only the necessary ones: a sign-in cookie (up to 30 days), a cookie with your language and the colour theme in the browser's local storage. No advertising or analytics trackers.

Your account as long as it exists. Form requests up to 12 months after the last contact. Payment records as long as accounting and tax law requires. We delete earlier on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

Under the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection you may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to trinity@metadani.com. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
