Step 4 NPPF (Work Based Assessment) is mandatory within GMP in line with the College of Policing National Promotion Process Framework. Each candidate generates a cost to the awarding body (City & Guilds) for registering to undertake this qualification. Contracted by Greater Manchester Combined Authority for Greater Manchester Police. Awarded via GMP's exemption process as per GMP Contract Standing Orders.
